Key features

Our Light Infographic is perfect for posters, proposals and research summaries - a smart and engaging one-page distillation of your content. Our process is designed to make the best possible use of your time and your expertise.
- 5-10 content elements
- A fast and efficient briefing process
- After the briefing conversation, you'll receive one sketch to approve the overall layout, and one further round of feedback to allow you to comment on how we've interpreted your content.
Before your call

Your next step is to talk to a producer and a visualiser from our team. You can make the most of that call by getting ready to discuss the following:
- Who the audience is
- How the work be used and shared
- Any brand guidelines we should factor in
- The content elements you want to be included in the artwork
- The importance of those content elements in relation to each other.
The final output

Once you're happy with our sketch and we've agreed on an illustration style we'll create the final artwork for you.
- Typically our work is delivered as JPGs at 300dpi but other formats are possible if required.
- The work will be sent via email or a WeTransfer link. If these aren't possible for security reasons let us know your preferred method of file transfer.
- The file you will be sent is uneditable. It is not our policy to provide source files but if these are required they can be provided for an additional fee.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Do I get a chance to input into the structure of the infographic?
An infographic has been selected as the right service for you because the priority is the clear and engaging presentation of your content. How it's structured is a consideration that can be left largely to our creative team's judgment. You can help them by creating a hierarchy of your content, dividing the points up into two or three tiers, so that they know what requires particular emphasis and what can be more minimal. However, as with all of our projects, you will still have opportunities to feedback on the work, so you will still have input on the structure and placement of your content.
If the structure of the work - how your content links together and forms a coherent whole - is something you do have a strong view on, or if you think it may need a workshop with our team to figure out - it may be that you require a vision mapping project instead. Vision Maps are a meticulously structured form of infographic, great for describing processes, journeys, or any form of visual in which the way the parts of the image interrelate is of great significance. -
What's the schedule for production and how is that decided?
We'll work with you to plot the key project milestones - the briefing call, the feedback points, the final delivery date, as well as the date we'll invoice. We don't mind when these dates fall as long as they feel realistic and comfortable for you because once agreed, it's important to stick to the schedule. So please make sure you've factored in holidays, major projects or anything else that might cause delays. - What happens if the schedule slips or I want to change the final delivery date?
Once the schedule has been agreed, we'll stick to the agreed invoicing date regardless and aim for the delivery date to remain as close to that as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate changes to the schedule but can't guarantee we'll be able to meet your original deadline. If the deadline is fixed, but the production schedule changes, additional costs will be charged in order to deliver on time.
