What is it?

Scribing is the art of visual note-taking, where a live conversation or presentation is illustrated in real-time.

For virtual, hybrid and in-person events, there’s nothing like scribing to capture your content, captivate your attendees and create a buzz across your socials.

Scriberia scribing offers far more than just a simple visual record. Our work is always original, spectacular and bespoke. And, just as importantly, it is always hugely valuable to you.

Our team don’t just draw well, they also listen, learn, and combine your ideas with their own first-class creativity to deliver a fresh perspective, every time. Working with a Scriberia scribe ensures your event content is more tangible, memorable, shareable and engaging, in the moment and long after.

What scribing can do for you

Scribing doesn’t just record what’s said - it amplifies it.

It captures attention, drives engagement and leaves audiences inspired long after your event ends. When you scribe your content, you make every idea more tangible, memorable and shareable.

By visualising key themes and takeaways, scribing helps participants see connections, understand ideas and feel more invested in the conversation. It also creates powerful visual assets for sharing across social media, turning your event into lasting, high-impact content.

HOW WE WORK

Scribing, your way

No two events are the same, so neither are our scribing solutions. Whether you're looking for the theatre of a visualiser creating a stunning artwork live in the room, a flexible digital setup for a busy conference venue, or a remote artist bringing together the threads of a global virtual conversation, we'll help you find the perfect approach for your audience, objectives and space.

Capture conversations, presentations and events as they happen through large-scale hand-drawn illustration. Working on a physical wall, board or canvas, our visualisers transform key messages and insights into a striking live artwork that becomes both a focal point and a lasting record of the event. Traditional scribing creates energy in the room, encourages discussion and gives attendees something tangible to gather around

Ideal for:

Conferences, leadership events, workshops and exhibitions where creating a visible centrepiece and encouraging attendee engagement are key objectives.

I had to trust that Scriberia — a company I’d never worked with before — could deliver an amazing experience on a huge stage. They 100% delivered and the scribing added a ‘wow’ element. You don’t really understand the impact of scribing until you’re there, seeing the picture unfold.

digital
Our visualisers work on-site using a digital tablet and stylus, creating a live visual summary of your event in a flexible digital format. The artwork can be displayed on screens as it develops, shared instantly and repurposed after the event for presentations, reports, social media and internal communications. Because no physical wall or drawing surface is required, digital scribing is particularly effective in venues where space is limited or where a cleaner, more discreet setup is preferred.

Ideal for:

Conferences, meetings and events where space is at a premium, or where you want the impact of live visualisation combined with maximum flexibility for sharing, repurposing and extending the value of the content afterwards.

We were keen to push Scriberia to the very limits of what they thought was possible, on a technical level, to achieve something truly ground-breaking for our event. They responded with enthusiasm and an innovative solution that completely hit the brief.

Wherever your participants are located, our visualisers join remotely and capture key themes, discussions and insights in real time. The evolving artwork can be shared live during virtual sessions, helping participants stay engaged while creating a memorable visual record that lives on long after the event.

Ideal for:
Virtual conferences, online workshops, global team meetings and hybrid events where you want to increase engagement, improve recall and create valuable content assets without bringing artists on-site.

Using Scriberia at our event felt like I just invited someone along to a zoom call and received the perfect visual summary. I don’t think a formal write up would capture people’s attention and give them the advice they’re looking for with the same power that visuals can.

It was really exciting for us to create a stand that wasn't just a showpiece that people were going to walk by and say ‘that's pretty.’
